Table Attendant

Program Overview:
This qualification has been developed for people who are in the Food and Beverage service industry. It brings together elements of food and drinks preparation and is designed for those who take and serve customers’ orders at the premises in addition to setting up their work area. In addition, they will be positioned to further their learning, practice, and career within the hospitality sector- either at further levels or in other areas of practice. Expansion into other areas of Hospitality is also possible.

  • Prepare and clear areas for table service.
  • Provide a table and drink service.
  • Perform basic calculations.
  • Develop self within the job role.
  • Provide a carvery/buffet service.
  • Serve bottled wines.
